The Hyde Park Chamber of Commerce, South East Chicago Commission, and the University of Chicago's Office of Civic Engagement would like to invite you to Celebrate Hyde Park, a series of events focused on celebrating Hyde Park's unique and diverse cultural assets and businesses.
The Hyde Park Music Festival represents an outdoor event on Sunday, July 25th from noon until 9:00pm. The Fest will take place in the heart of Hyde Park's business district, 53rd Street from Lake Park Avenue to Blackstone Avenue.
We are excited to announce the headliner for the weekend will feature the 70's musical icon WAR, The Band. The festival will showcase local Chicago artists and entertainment for all ages. The restaurants showcased will represent the best of Hyde Park. This event is anticipated to be the best summer festival for 2010.
